Money first
Withdraw your money and finish your pots first.
If you email us
We'll check it's you, then delete your account within 30 days. If money is still in your wallet, we'll help you withdraw it first.
What we delete
- Your name, phone number, email and username.
- Your Apple or Google sign-in. Signing in again starts a new, empty account.
- Your PIN and saved bank accounts.
- Your step data, inbox, badges and invite code.
- Your phone details and notification tokens.
What we keep
- Finished pots. Your results stay so other players' pots still add up. They see "Closed account", not your name.
- Pots you created, for the players in them.
- Phone IDs, without your name, so new-player bonuses can't be claimed twice.
These stay linked to a closed account with no name, phone or email on it. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
